DRS take great care when packaging our product to prevent shipping damage. It is your responsibility to note on the freight carriers bill of lading any damage incurred while in transit.
No product may be returned without prior written authorization. Return privilege is limited to 30 days after receipt of merchandise.
All models are warranted to be free of defects in material and workmanship for a peroid of two (2) years from date of shipment. This warrantee is limited to correcting or replacing, at its discretion all products found to be defective. This warrantee shall not apply in the events goods are damaged as a result of: improper handling, misuse, abuse, neglect,
normal wear or repairs done by an unauthorized personnel.
Editors Note: We have not had a warrantee claim on any product. They are made that well.
