All
Units ship via common carrier (Truck) Dock to dock. Unless otherwise
noted.
Dock to Dock shipping
requires the trucker to bring the cartons to the back of the truck only.
You to remove
the cartons from the back of the truck and bring to office. We include
a call before delivery. If the trucker can
not make the delivery at the time accepted The trucker will return the
items to their warehouse and charge for
an extra delivery.

| Inside
delivery requires the truck driver to move it from the back
of the truck to the floor via a special lift
gate
truck and bring it to your office. A phone call is required by the trucker
to set a delivery time. If the trucker
can not deliver to you at the time prearranged, the trucker will return
the goods to the truckers warehouse
and then reschedule an appointment for another delivery. There is a charge
for redelivery. Additional charges to base
shipping(dock to dock) for inside delivery. Telephone call: $15.00-Lift

inside to you $30.00 - Two man delivery $260.00 (required for EZ2 rotary
files) These rates apply to most
deliveries, rural deliveries, US Military bases and hard to get to places
(Islands, ferry charges) and stairs additional. Elevators okay
These are the standard rates for most common carriers. |
DRS
will not place your order for manufacturing until you are advised of all
shipping charges. We ask
for your credit card to pay your shipping charge. Your credit card is securely
stored on our gateway computer
and is not visible even to us. |
We
ship first run, top quality inspected furniture in perfect condition. It
is your responsibility to
check each carton to insure you do not receive damaged goods before
signing the delivery receipt.
If the shipment has been damage write it on the delivery receipt. if the
shipment has been extensively
damaged do not accept it and call DRS@1-866-696-0800 immediately and have
the trucker wait
before sending him away. If the trucker is lazy he will not want to bring
it into your office, refuse to sign the delivery receipt. He will then bring
it to your office.
