Specials can only be bought on the internet, faxed
on the internet fax order sheet
or phoned in. The discount code must be included with your order.
We cannot credit you for any discounts after the order is placed. |
Cancellations
of printed or manufactured goods will be charged
for work done up to the time of cancellation.
We cannot accept cancellations after the order is printed or manufactured
for you. |

Datum Products:
. Orders will be put on hold until we receive
payment for shipping.
Filing systems, carts or any other Datum product is not subject to cancellation
once we receive payment
for shipping and place order for manufacturing. We ship merchandise in
perfect new condition. It is up to the
customer to check packages and goods for damage. The customer is responsible
for any damage not written
on the shippers receipt.

If we make a mistake
on any printed problem, the customer has the option for a
credit, return of payment
or for us to reprint the product. |

If you make a mistake:
DRS is not responsible for customer error. We will however
do the best we can to
work with you on the mistake. We do the extra service and a send you a
proof when we are not sure about an order.
We want
to do it right the first time.

Return of
stock items: The customer can return a stock item
within 30 days of the shipment. Customer must notify DRS for a RMA number.
Customer is responsible for shipment to customer, shipment back to DRS and
a 15% restocking charge. Items must be returned unopened in original carton
and in re-sellable condition. DRS has the
right to determine if a product is in re-sellable condition.
Items returned without an RMA will not be accepted by the shipping department. |
